Cancellation & Refund

Furniture Casido (DHIRANI CENTRE) believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. 
  • Customized orders cannot be canceled by the buyer once the order is confirmed.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must reach us on the same day of receiving the product. 

Refund related with Cancellation of order:

  • In case of any refunds approved by the Furniture Casido (DHIRANI CENTRE), it’ll take 3–4 days for our payment gateway to process the final refund amount to the end customer. 
  • The refund will be paid to the same account from which it was originally paid by the buyer. Payment gateway 2% fees will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our expense.

50% upfront rest after final photo approval payment method policy:

  • After placing the order, the buyer has to send order details to our given WhatsApp number.
  • After sending the order details, the buyer has to pay 50 percent of the amount of the product price via UPI or direct bank transfer.
  • After sending the final photo of the product to the buyer, the buyer has to pay the remaining 50 percent amount for making the product eligible to transit to the given address.
  • Refusing to pay the rest of the amount will lead to losing the 50% advance that has been paid.

Exceptional case of product damage in transit:

  • In case the product is damaged in transit, then the replacement will be intiated. The buyer has to inform within 24 hours after delivery with the receipt of the damaged item to be eligible for replacement.
  • Damage caused due to wrong assembly by the buyer will not be eligible for replacement.

Return policy:

  • Returns are not accepted, only replacement can be made if product gets damaged in transit.
