1. Question: Does the furniture look the same as the picture?

Answer: Hand painting, hand carving, and hardware fittings may vary slightly from the image; the theme will be the same. 3. Question: What types of customizations i can do?

Answer: At Furniture Casido, you can request any type of customization, whether it’s to change polish or ask for color instead of polish. Fabric material textures and colors. Manufacture furniture in another wood instead of the originally mentioned wood. According to the space and need, you can also change the size of the product. Marble top instead of wooden top, and many more.

5. Question: Is glass/mirror provided with the product?

Answer: No, we do not provide glass/mirror as they break in transit, space provided for local installation.

6. Question: What is the warranty I get for the product?

Answer: We provide a 1-year warranty on termite-related issues and manufacturing defects.

7. Question: What to do if my product gets damaged in transit?

8. Question: Are there any additional tax or delivery charges?

Answer: No, there will be no additional tax or delivery charges. 18% GST and free delivery are included.

10. Question: Who will assemble the furniture?

Answer: The buyer has to arrange for a carpenter on his own to assemble the furniture (beds, sofas, and dining sets.) The market assembly price will be paid to the buyer. The rest of the products are easy DIY (do-it-yourself assembly) with the help of tool we send.

11. Question: Can I return furniture if I don’t like it?

No, only replacement can be initiated for damaged furniture in transit.

12. Question: Is the wood is solid wood or engineered/plywood?

Answer: We specialize in solid wood only. MDF/PLY is used at some parts that are not directly visible and are the best areas to fit MDF or PLY. For example: under cushions of chairs and sofas, the backside of furniture, drawer bottoms, and under mattresses in beds.

13. Question: Can i cancel the order after payment?

Answer: Yes, cancellation can be made but only within 24 hours of placing the orders. A refund will be initiated, deducting the payment gateway transaction fee.

14. Question: Can I claim GST input credit?

Yes, you can claim GST input credit by GST invoice. Share the GST number and details at the time of address filling in the optional tab at checkout, or send them by mail to care@furniturecasido.com with order details.

15. Question: Is the wood used is seasoned and treated for termite?

Answer: Yes, we buy chemically treated and seasoned wood only for termites from timber vendors. Moisture level is also checked with a moisture meter before using the wood for production.
