CANCELLATION & REFUND

DHIRANI CENTRE ( FURNITURE CASIDO ) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. 

• Customized orders cannot be canceled by the buyer.

• Replacement can be made in case of receipt of damaged  items within 3 days after the product is delivered by contacting us.

• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must contact us within same day of receiving the product. 

• In case of any Refunds approved by the DHIRANI CENTRE ( FURNITURE CASIDO ), it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

• Returns are not accepted if the product is delivered in good condition and matches the description provided at the time of purchase.
