Delivery Info for delivery within India:

We currently ship products within India only; however, we plan to offer international shipping in the future. For buyers in India, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 21-28 days. Furniture Casido (DHIRANI CENTRE) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery updates will be confirmed on your mail ID.

In case the delivery address has society entry restrictions, then it is the responsibility of the buyer to sort with their society for entry of the vehicle.
Please keep your delivery address and contact details updated before purchasing. Incorrect or incomplete address or contact no. If provided, it can delay the shipment.
Please note that customized orders may require additional processing time and cannot be cancelled; we will let you know the delivery time at the time of order confirmation.
Though no additional taxes/permits are required in GST, in case in the futureany STATE/UT has ‘octroi,’ ‘other taxes,’ & ‘entry permits’ for delivery, then they are to be paid/arranged by the buyer.
Kindly note that deliveries may experience delays during the monsoon/rainy season due to weather-related challenges.
Delivery will be only till the ground floor and not inside the house. In exceptional cases, upper-floor delivery can be arranged by mutual agreement between you and the cargo person, and you can pay directly to the cargo person. We shall not be liable for any damages/issues that occur in attempting upper-floor delivery, as this is not a part of our service.
