SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship products within India only; however, we plan to offer international shipping in the future.  For buyers In India, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 8-14 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. DHIRANI CENTRE (FURNITURE CASIDO) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8-14 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

1 – In case the delivery address has society/entry restrictions then it is responsibility of the buyer to sort with their society for entry of vehicle.

2 – Please keep your delivery address and contact details updated before purchasing. Incorrect/incomplete address/contact no. If provided can delay the shipment and no blame should be given to us.

3 – Please note that customized orders may require additional processing time, which could extend the delivery timeframe beyond our standard schedule And cannot be cancelled.

4 – Though no additional taxes/permit required in GST but in case in future if any STATE/UT have ‘octroi’, ‘other taxes’ & ‘Entry Permit’ for delivery then it is to be paid/arranged by the buyer.

5 – Kindly note that deliveries may experience delays during the monsoon/rainy season due to weather-related challenges.
